If you currently have a commercial mortgage we can review and compare this to other lenders to make sure your current deal is the best and most cost effective one for you. Or if your bank has decided it no longer wishes to fund your sector we can help you find another deal and handle the application for you right through to completion. We will liaise with your current lender and also with your appointed solicitors to make the transition as smooth as possible.
We have arranged development funding for both new build and conversion projects. If the necessary funding cannot be put in place in time, we may also be able to help with bridging/development finance. Bridging/development finance need not be as expensive as some people think and can really make a difference in facilitating exchange and completion.
We work with a number of portfolio landlords and understand the needs and requirements of buy to let lenders which vary depending on your circumstances and how your portfolio is structured. We will find the deal best suited to you and handle the application on your behalf as these can be quite time consuming involving lengthy business plans and numerous pieces of supporting documentation which are now part of the regulatory requirements.
